Expect Delays: Two Lanes Scheduled To Be Closed During Weeks-Long Roadwork On I-684

Be ready for possible delays driving on Interstate 684 through Westchester County in the coming weeks.

Two northbound lanes are slated to close nightly between Harrison and Bedford on Sunday through Thursday nights, beginning Sunday, May 8, and wrapping up Thursday, June 23, according to the Department of Transportation.

Lanes will close for paving work between the Hutchinson River Parkway in Harrison and State Route 172 in Bedford from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Transportation officials urged drivers to slow down through the stretch and reminded motorists that fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone.
